Claremont Farm serves as the base for our Wirral classes and supplier for all but the most exotic of our ingredients.
Their shop boasts great quality fruit and veg grown on the farm itself and in the local area. Our meat comes from Whieldons, their onsite butcher and even the milk for our tea comes from Bates Dairy, the farm's local milk supplier!
We use the Claremont Kitchen to teach smaller groups and move over into the larger Claremont Cafe for our Corporate Events and Momo Party nights.
Cracking Good Food (CGF) is a sustainable food network in Manchester. They run a cookery school and community outreach sessions teaching people about how to love and make the most of food. We discovered CGF in 2014 and LOVED their values and ethos. We promptly got in touch to see how we could support their efforts and were delighted to hear that we could deliver sessions for them as guest chefs. We now run condensed versions of our own Dal Bhat and Momo Making sessions at their cookery school. Bookings are handled directly through CGF but dates of sessions are listed on our 'Upcoming Classes' page.
The International Food Store is where we buy all of our more traditionally Nepalese ingredients; chillis, coriander, okra, spices...all available here. It's a fab little store with super friendly staff. Without this place we would not be able to bring our Nepalese flavours to the Wirral. We're very proud to be able to support this local business!
We team up with Littlefoot for our Corporate Events. They deliver fantastic team building programmes, specialising in unique and bespoke activities that are great fun, truly memorable and have genuine learning outcomes.
You can combine your Littlefoot adventure with a Nepalese BBQ lunch or finish off your day with our Momo Making Team Event. See our Corporate Events pages for more details.
